Eric has been in Financial Services for over 20 years. He was the Managing Director of a financial advisory business he co-founded in 2004 that had over 40 advisers. Following this, he facilitated and drove the growth in one of NZ’s largest financial advisory dealer groups today. He was a Founding Member of the Advisory Board Centre and is an Industry Expert for Queensland Leaders providing knowledge, mentoring and support for leading private companies.

His passion for financial advising stems from seeing firsthand how strategic financial planning can turn uncertainty into stability and his desire to empower his clients to achieve their goals, making a meaningful difference to their lives. For businesses, Eric helps develop plans and strategies to ensure an effective ‘financial succession plan’ is in place and key people are protected, whilst delivering innovative employee benefits through Financial Wellness Programs to help reduce financial stress.

Eric is married to Vannessa, with two daughters Zoe and Marie. He has a genuine appreciation for building connections and networking, which he finds incredibly rewarding in both professional and social settings and is a lifelong Liverpool F.C. fan!
